So is cracking your fingers rly cavitation?

youre squeezing out fluid from the cavities between joints with high pressure. It is cavitation but there seems to be no real downside to it. The fluid reenters after a short period of time, depending on the joint and you can do it again.

Rheumatoid arthritis is caused by the abscence of joint fluid, but that has to lead to joint linig damage first. Theoritically cracking joints can do tht but there is no evidence to support that.
