I've played several games of the single player and then went back to playing GTA3-SA. It's aww-ight but nothing worth getting excited about that I can see.

yeah it's pretty awesome. the air game is much improved, you get an altimeter and airspeed indicator and HUD cues for missile lock. I really like how the support classes work now, the medic for example just has to hold his medkit and everyone around him heals. plus he has cool shock paddles to revive "dead" comrades

I'll buy it after they release a dozen patches... It's not nearly as fun as the first game... I'd buy it eventually...

- Very Resource Intensive, even in the game menu.
- Online Filters Don't work
- ATi Driver Issuses, even with 5.1 Cats
- It's hard to fly with a mouse, I'll try more often though.
- Jerky gameplay, netcode seems poor at times
- Weapons vastly underpowered. It takes a lot of hits to down anyone or anything.
- Sniping STILL doesn't work, give us another level of magnification.
- The game is not "Alt-Tabable" don't even try.
- Support Class is worthless
- Ground textures need quite a but of work

I could list a few more... but I think I'll stop there

yeah.. i was playing today, on a tank, shooting with the main machine gun on the front i loaded I dont know how many shots into the enemy guy and he just didnt die, even a few very close main gun shot didnt work.. in the end i died after a few of his buddies walked to the area

I'm am extremely disappointed in the BF2 demo, it's buggy, laggy, and the gameplay is boring. However, that is how I felt about the BF1942 demo, but when I actually bought the game, I was not disappointed. Hopefully, BF2 will be tweaked and patched to perfection, though they shouldn't release a demo until it runs well.

Funny, I find it harder to fly with a joystick than a mouse (for the helicopter anyway). I suck with planes either way since they go way too fast for me.
