So is armor all good for the interior/dash

I remember last time I used it in my old G35, it made the center electronic display panel all blurry and I had to use a special scratch remover to restore it. Some people also say that it tends to make the dashboard crack in the sun
Any other choices that are better (and safer)?

I personally don't like the "shiny, greasy" look it gives, I've been using the DP interior cleaner and have had good results.

I find that Hertel works amazing on most of the interior trim that's plastic. For the rest I just use Lysol wipes. You don't need to rince Hertel which makes it very convenient for things like the cup holder and areas that can get really dirty.

The screen panel is right on the dash so it got splashed with it. Wiping it off caused the plastic to become fuzzy.

i use aerospace 303 or whatever its called. you can get it at an EMS store or order it online at autopia or autogeek. not too much shine, and protects against uv rays.

last time i used armorall was on my old 88 nissan and it cracked the vinyl dash

303 Aerospace Protectant. I use it on my vinyl and leather - essentially it's all I really need for my cars interior other than a vacuum.

I don't like it as much. I used it once, and it was dust magnet. The dust would just stick onto the oily surface, and make it difficult to wipe off.

I'd stay away from it. I've had two seperate experiences where it made the parts sprayed really sticky on a hot day or when exposed to the sun. Several people I know have had the same thing happen to them. In my Miata it even melted the coating of the cluster cover.

I have been really pleased with Meguiars #40. It can leave a shiny or a matte look depending on how much you use. It has UV protectant and leaves the car smelling fresh. I bought it at NAPA.

I just use Meguiars Natural Shine, It gives UV protection and that "new look" without the greasy look or feel. you can pick it up anywhere target, walmart ,auto stores.

I use it in my g35 no problem, I even clean the buttons and stuff with it. The Aluminum I use some Quick detailer since that is Clear coated.

No problem. It might not be sold in the US. It's made in Quebec.
