what car doesn't have recall issues? and a back problem from the seats? what a lame excuse for a lawsuit...i dont have a healthy back but i sit like a normal person should seat in my G35 coupe and i find it very snug and nice to sit in.

That guy got flamed on every forum he posted in, and even in forums he didn't post in, because he got played by the dealer.
Plus everyone assumes he had a pre-existing condition.

Well, my Nissan Altima makes my back hurt all the time....whether it is a recall issue or not, i do not know, but i always thought it was just a comfort issue.
