Ive never had that problem from using Creatine. The only thing I notice is that my muscles sometimes start cramping if I don't take a multi-vitamin before I work out.

You need to drink more water, then you wont cramp.

sometime I get a tingle in the back of my neck almost like the chills you get form being cold.

Are you sure you are using good form when lifting? It's probably some lift you are doing that is causing your neck to hurt. Squats usually hurt my neck/shoulders where the bar was.

I usually drink a lot of water, but sometimes I slack off because it gets old having to piss all day from all that water... :D

Before I herniated my abdomen (actually an old injury), I spent decent amount of time in the gym. I talked to everyone I could, and tried to put all the jigsaw pieces together. I too was taking creatine, and the theme among the hardcore guys was *drink lots of water* No pop, no juice, water only. They were right, for me at least. I gained more than ever, and felt great.

That was a year ago, abd I have an appointment with the surgeon tomorrow. Hopefully and op next week. I'll be back in the gym in a month! :)

Somebody mentioned something about good form which reminds me of an incident this morning; well technically yesterday.

I ran into one of those goofy gym rats that try to look like they know what they are doing, but are way clueless.
This guy so intrigued me I was actually pausing what I was doing to check him out. It seems like every machine he went to he somehow changed into a 'full body' excercise. I watched him do some lat pulldowns, and man I thought he was about to go into spasams there. He dd some cable pushdowns for the triceps and looked like he was trying to body slam the cable and use his entire body to do the 'push down.'
Greates thing I thought was when he hit the standing calf raise machine and used the entire stack (400 to 500 pounds I suppose) and was basically doing squats with it. Instead of using just his calves he was using his quads/hamstrings, back and everything in between.
I felt pretty good when I saw the poor guy hit the laying leg curl machine and I suppose he couldn't "cheat" and looked like he did 3 sets of 6 reps of 30 pounds.

I wonder if he got a good work-out that day?

I know it has nothing to do with creatine, but I was laughing at that all day; well I found it funny.

By the way, I don't have a problem with creatine. However, I don't drink as much water as I should, I suppose I am somewhere between one and one and half gallons day.

Creatine is awesome. I took it while playing football here in HS. It is sort of like a minor steroid. it will give you 10-20percent lift improvements, depending on how religious of a lifter you are. The only down side is that creatine is like an inflatible muscle. Once you stop, your muscles lose a majority of the mass. The reason you get so big/strong so quick is because pumps more oxygen into your muscles, helping them rebuild quicker. tear and rebuild, tear and rebuild = growth mass.

The crick in your neck could be a multitude of things...Mr Baseball probably hit it on the head...are you doing squats or cleans? Squats are killer on the next and upper body if you dont have perfect form. Cleans are fun and also useless without form.

Powerclean, AKA clean and jerk
Squat, hey can u do this much? :)
