...on which monitor to get. I was wondering if everyone could post what they are currently using for gaming. I'm between the top models of the 22" and 24". Thanks.

I like 24" but it's generally easier to game on a 22" because of lower hardware requirements and I believe the panels tend to be faster.

I use a 24" Acer, but a 24" high end Dell would be even nicer. I love the resolution, and my computer is luckily powerful enough to play most games at 1920x1200

LOL

My 20in seems just perfect. :D

Really depends on a few things. For one, how close it will be to the user.

What he said. Don't go for a larger LCD unless you've got the hardware to run its native resolution.

i have 2 22in LCDs and personally i wish i had 24s, only because 24s have HDMI and other imputs and 22s generally dont

go with 24s IMO

get a high end 22 and you would have HDCP but no 1080p :(

That white behemoth is a rebranded Sony FW900 (the HP variant). Love it. Higher res than 24" LCD's, and HD looks simply amazing.

Got it for ~$250

I'm happy with my 20.1 WS. I sit only a couple of feet from the monitor so its perfect. 720P for my 360 is great. I may go 24" soon as the prices are dropping and my HW can run natively now without choking.

As much as I would LOVE to have that bad boy for myself its just not attractive to most people these days. Too big and and heavy. Evryone has a boner for overpriced LCD's that cant reproduce color as accurately as a quality CRT, nor look good at all resolutions.

Yep, same here.

Me too, I have a 2407-HC with the well publicized ghosting issue that they are offering exchanges on. But I can only notice it when I use their special background and their special mouse moving technique, never seen it in games or anything else.
