For the last 10 minutes I have been super angry. I almost kicked my cat! I couldn't figure out the reason for my anger, I'm usually a pretty calm person. So I used their technique and tracked it back in time to the point where the anger started. It all started when I first read this thread.
What can I use to replace this horrible mess in my subconscious?
