its been years since i've been there, but this is basically what the site contains:
people make tiny little executables (like...under 50k) that when opened play music (usually a MIDI) and a full screen visualisation (like windows media player does w/ your music)

anyone know what i'm talking about? 😛

SWEET! that was what i was looking for....

one more site i'm looking for...its a similar concept...but with websites...you make a VERY tiny webpage that looks cool or has a lot to it for the file size... 😀
