Yes. You get it from extended periods of walking/running and sweating with fabric rubbing against your a$$. I spent 20 years in the Marines and many times in the tropics and jungles you sweat so much and the humidity is so high you can't dry off. So it would lead to chaffing and a rash on the a$$....which was termed monkey butt cause your a$$ looked like a monkey's.

"Monkey" comes from how some monkeys have swollen red asses.

Never heard those other terms. Have had a little Bud mud in my time....but never any mud on my turtle. :Q
