there's been times when i made alot of money, and there's been times when we struggled...


the guy i was in business with was a copier support/sales guy and his dad pretty much kept us going through the hard times, and well he's getting old, and i dont know if we can do it alone.

30 years ago it was different. No matter how many fuckups you had, you could always "join the Army." Not now. Not since about 1995 or so. You would think that our county needs brain-dead bullet stoppers; and you'd be correct. But the Federal laws have changed. You need to be relatively clean (no felony arrests/convictions) to even be a bullet stopper these days.

People can change...I know this. But, your PUBLIC record cannot be changed. Sorry...good luck to you in the private sector.

i was arrested in front of the office with some pills, i was on probation at the time for poss. of mary jane, it revoked my probation so i had to sit 32 days in jail (the remaining time i was probated for)

i STILL havent went to court for the pills, i went and talked to the judge today and she said she would waive it if i joined the service... so it's not just about job security and money, it's a way to get my life back on track, get a clean slate.... i cant pass this up.
