i guess it depends. i played for almost 2 years, since release and i was just mulling around the last 2 months i paid for it. I was really hooked after i finished school and i levled 2 60s, pvp to almost marshal and was part of a 'high end' raiding guild.
Enjoy the game and remember to enjoy life more.

Meh, apparently there's some huge hardware problem with the Blizzard servers after an upgrade in preparation for the expansion pack. I can't play for more than 5 minutes before getting DC'd. How ironic.

Do you have a Linksys wireless G router? I had a problem playing beta with mine and it turned out to be a bug that never got fixed.

Yeah, I run a WRT54GS. Can you link me to the bug? If I throw custom firmware on the router again, will that make a difference?

I quit after 6 months of playing , I just got bored of it (thankfully). Different strokes for different folks, though, my friend is freaking hooked on it (has been playing for 2 years straight, he has like 4 level 60's).

Well, I didn't stay with it as I figured out after a short while that WoW was another lousy EQ/DAOC clone. But, no, I don't think custom firmware would help, but search for it on google and see. Anyway, I just wanted to help you identify the cause.
