I lost 40 pounds in the past 10 weeks, and I have about 25-35 to go, depending on my bodyfat. I can't measure it until i go back to school, but I'm sure i'm in the low 20's now.
40 pounds in 3 1/2 months. 4 lbs a week = 14,000 less calories a week! Just think about it. That is a lot of cutting back!
