That does not by any stretch mean that the boy should get off without punishment. My parents would have killed me (well, not literally, but you get the idea) if I'd done something like that.

As I understand the story, the OP didn't see the kid throw the balloon. Throwing in the fact that the kid was Hispanic makes me believe he's a bit racist and he loses points on that.

If I was that kid's father I would have given you 3 seconds to get off my property and then pounded your ass into the dirt.

I know man, last year in the dorms i had a hugeass water gun and we used to soak the sh!t outta kids on the street, often they would come up and bang on out door for a few mins, b4 leaving, one night tho we got this drunk kid who was out there for like 45 mins bangin and swearing before DPS came by and issued him an MIP 🙂, oh the fun times....ill try to post pics if i find em

I'm amazed the cop didnt just shoot the little Fvucker right there. Or arrest him and have him charged with attempted murder.

I think death by firing squad is the only punishment that could provide justice in this situation. Oh wait the glove didnt fit and he called him a "mexican" this looks like it could be interesting.

I would've been pissed too. But rather than call the cops, you should take matters into your own hands. Go back, fill the boy with water, and chuck him at a car.

Water balloons?

Back in my day we used pieces of cinder blocks. And we threw them up and in front of the vehicle, so it would be "raining down".

thats pretty annoying.. i probably would have just turned around and tried to run the kid down (obviously not..) but definitely annoying, damn kids these days.
