i have a gigabyte m68mt-s2 which i believe shorted on me while (stupidly) increasing the voltage on my old now dead psu.
as soon as i increased the voltage i saw a spark come out the psu. bought a new psu and comp would turn off during gaming or heavy loads on the computer. then i was able to magically spill a smidge of water through the case now it wont turn on
im pretty sure its the MB, if its not i can send it back.
so im looking to spend around 60 bucks, newegg has some specials
im assuming i need AM3, or something. does chipset matter? i have no idea what these words mean. any other requirements?
i know it needs a pci-e lol...any other requirements?
