So im about to hit the gym again. I ate to much and feel guilty.

My problem is coming home from the gym. I forgot the general rule of thumb, but you're suppose to allow your body so much time before trying to sleep.

If you did not know all ready, sleeping with an increased heart rate from excercise is quite hard. I guess it's different for everybody. Like me, I drink 8 cops of coffee a day *eyes twitch*, so SOB I want a good night sleep tonight.

Just recently quit drinking coffee and most soda. I had bad headaches for the first two weeks. I am fine now and I can go right to sleep. :)

To counter that heart rate, just kill some kittens. It relaxes the body. You'll fall asleep.

It's been proven through countless generations that choking it is the best way. :D

Flogging is also acceptable.

I don't know about him, but in comparison, I drink about 2-3 cups in the morning, another during lunch, and one more after dinner. So that's 5 cups a day.

I also drink about 5 cans of soda a day, and sometimes that's with a coffee.

I also occasionally stick a fork in a wall socket to see if I'm still alive.

Tea FTW!

hmm. I'm obviously thinking the naturally decaffeinated kind.

Well, red tea has no caffeine at all (but it's rooibos as opposed to actual tea), black tea has half the caffeine of coffee, green tea has 3/5 the caffeine of black tea, and white tea gas negligible amounts. Can't go wrong :)
