So if you killed yourself....

And then you were cryogenicly frozen and at some later time they were able to thaw you out and revive you, would you then stand trial for murder?

Would it BE murder if they could bring you back?

Or just watched Vanilla Sky and missed the stuff you actually should think about in lieu of the "other" stuff.

It's still taking a life whether it's your's or someone else's right?

But if you are alive, you didn't really take your own life.

Why would it be murder if you weren't dead anymore.

Attempted murder.

Well, it wouldn't be an attempt if he actually succeeded, wouldn't it?

Well they couldn't very well prosecute a dead man, or can they?😕

What I want to know is: If you are alive and healthy and then cryogenically frozen for a period of time, but later revived with no incident, were you "dead" during the time you were frozen? If so, do you experience the "afterlife"? And if you come back, are you pulled back from "Heaven" or "Hell"?

OK, what if they were able to bring you back but NOT your body.
Say they transfered your conscience into another body, either human or otherwise.

THEN would it be murder?

I don't know who you killed but your going to need one hell of a better story to tell the judge.

Yes, but people would be more concerned with the CONCRETE DISCOVERY OF THE SOUL.
