not sure if immediately but yes, if the fed raise interest, technically ING should raise its interest too..but then they have the option not to do so too.

FYI..... I've made 6 cents in interest from ING this month alone. If they raise interest I might be able to hit a dime before the month is up. Ferrari here I come!!
