And they send me an e-mail saying they can't pay until Tuesday morning, there's nothing I can do, right? I can't cancel the entire sale? I think I've found another buyer outside of eBay that can pay now, or is this not allowed?

If you don't mind taking a negative in return, then go for it. But really, if you needed the money ASAP, you would've stated so in your auction.

Waiting 3 days is really no big deal.

I simply forgot to put it in, stupid mistake on my part. If it'll result in a negative, then forget it, I'll just wait it out.

Be thankful you had a buyer who actual communicates with you. At least now you know he will pay at a given time. The worst is when buyers don't pay and they don't respond to anything.

Either way, give them a big fat negative and tell them to stop spending money they don't have.

7 days is when you can file a Non Paying Bidder Report.

I'd let the person pay tuesday.. I could see if the person said 2 weeks when they get paid, but tuesday isn't that far away.
