if your intention is to adhere to those conditions you are not to do so, but if you take liberties that is your business.

frankly, sharing music usually helps get people interested in bands, so in that sense I value the act of sharign those files even though it violates the TOS. My goal is not to pirate so it probably helps sell more albums than anything
