I think too much! But really i think the only factor in luck would be timing, and the timing of random events that result in a certian 'lucky' outcome.

Seriously, i couldn't think of an example of good luck that wasn't good timing, or on the other hand, which is actually what i first thought of, an example of bad luck that wasn't bad timing.
