So I went to the Fabric District in L.A.

And there's this McDonalds there. It was a weekend, and everyone wanted to use the restroom, since it is the only non-paying public restroom around for blocks. Stuff like that is never a problem for guys, because all we do is stand up 😛. But there was a huge line for the women's restroom, probably about a 15 minute wait. Some women decided to use the Men's restroom, which caused a little bit of amusement for some people around. However, the acting McDonalds manager (a female) said it was wrong to do such a thing, and kicked the women out of the Men's restroom.

As far as I know, is it not perfectly legal for women to use the Men's restroom when the Women's restroom is crowded? Only way I could see this work in favor of McDonalds is because McDonalds is a private establishment with their own set of rules, but I don't know exactly what's right.

I don't think the legal system cares a whit about this, but McDonalds may certainly have a policy against people using the bathrooms normally reserved for those of the opposite gender. Not sure what they do for all the shemales out there, though.
