This is funny.

I went to a job interview that was set up from a career expo I went to on tuesday. the time was 2:00 PM today. I get there about 15 minutes early and go to the receptionest, and let her know I am here for an interview with [the boss]. She says that [the boss] called in sick, and would not be in.

So I am good and confused. Thanks for not telling me. So I leave a message with the receptionest, and tell her I will call [the boss] on monday when she is in, and leave.

About 3 hours after this ( or about 5 ) I get a call from someone who I don't know, ( answering machine gets it because it came up on my caller ID as a soliciter ) saying she was supposed to take my interview, and should have filled out an Application when I was there. I was told none of this by anyone. I had assumed I go in, we talk, she says yes or no. So Anyway, this person says she will be there till 6. I call, but can not reach her, and leave a message to call me with a time I should come down. She calls at 6:30 ( a 1/2 hr after she was supposed to leave ) and we go over the details of when and where for a interview.

Should I be worried about this job?

maybe it was just a hectic day and nothing is going right. Give them the benifit of the doubt for now.

I once had an interview with this guy at 3:00 PM. I waited till 3:15 then went home. About 4:00 PM, he calls me and asks why I didn't wait for him. I told him I didn't want to work for someone who treated people so rudely.
No, I didn't need the job.

What he said.
It could have been just a glitch in internal communications. They did at least call you back twice, once long after the caller should have left work.
