Eat me, gimp boy! My disclaimer means you can't shoot me!

😛

"Deserves got nothing to do with it". All your disclaimer says is it aint your fault, not that I cant shoot you.

😛

Fine! Shoot me and I'll sic Barbara Streisand on you!

Better put that in your will, its hard to concentrate and/or talk with a sucking chest wound.

Just joking... I plan on aiming for a headshot, anyway.

Not much to hit there... 😛

And if I'm going to start a career as a sniper, I can think of no one better to use for target practice than Babs. Thanks for reminding me!

Babs is an indestructible monster. Didn't you see South Park?

what should you eat??? .. you shouldn't eat anything!! ... if you are looking to loose weight you should be closely monitoring your diet, not trying to run (which, by the way, unless you are running something on the order of 5 miles a day, you prob aren't putting any sort of serious dent in your total caloric intake anyways)

Try out this site:

http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/Index.html

Please note that the number of calories that it estimates that you are burning per day is WAY over ... a reasonable estimate of how many calories you burn/day is 10x your weigh

I am cutting back on food, however, running doesnt only burn calories, it ups your metabolism, meaning you burn more calories during the day even when you arent running. My problem that I am asking for help in is what food can I eat that will both make me feel full and be low in calories.

Ah, ok ... well, generally, protien (meats) "feel" a lot more filling than carbohydrates ... egg whites are fairly low in calories .... check out oscar meyer fat free hot dogs .. they are like 40 calories each and pure protein ... i usually eat like 4 at a time as a snack and its fairly filling

ride a bike hard for 20 minutes in the morning before work. No strain on your ankle, if you go hard it'll give you just as good of a cardio work out and some good leg work too. Then when your ankle is better u can jog in the PM

Dont worry, I've been practicing on hitting little objects. Even if you are just out from swimming in a cold pool I figure I've got a 50/50 chance.

Maybe, but I have Sidney La Portier on speed dial... and he's been tanking up on the WeightGain 4000, so he's gonna kick her @ss in the rematch

Sounds like an idea, there is a stationary bike in the basement that my dad has never used. My cardio system is my slow point right now... I run out of breath before my leg muscles really get tired.

Oh, one other small question: I only get an abdominal cramp on my right side, never my left... is there a physiological reason for that, is my form slightly off and causing that, or am I just friggin special? Anyone ever get that cramp on the left side?
