I go to SF state...a pretty diverse campus (could be a good or bad thing), so it's safe to say I've seen it all. Anyways, I was walking to class when I saw these two black girls in front of me...and I heard them as well. They were checking out this Asian guy, and I quote "He's really cute, but he's yellow". So...anyone find this a little odd?

personally i don't think asians should be called 'yellow' cuz they really aren't yellow =\

Hmmm .. it is their opinion and they have every right to ..

As if asians do not say the same about black or white ... or whites do not say same about rest of races.


Who cares > get you damm education > get a decent job > earn mollah > drive a titanium silver M5 and see how many black/red/blue/yellow/brown/white chicas come to suck it 🙂

It's not odd at all to find "minorities" who are more racist than the big, racist white man.
 
Don't really like the term "yellow" but meh. Not horribly wrong to me, since I call others black, white, etc.

A comment like that might get you whooped. Why waste all that time trying to point out the flaws of racism when you just keep supporting its very foundation? Nobody's perfect, but who gives the right to say such things? I suppose anyone could say them, just seems a little ironic coming from the mouths of the "oppressed".

Well, I'm not racist, I have plenty of friends that are black/asian/indian, but when it comes to girls, I've never been attracted in that way to someone that wasn't white. Just the way some people are I guess.

Some oppressed people think they have every right to call others anything they wish .. and you very well illustrated what happens if we try to call them the same .. we will get whopped to pulp/

So isn't the term white - so isn't the term black. At least if you say "Asian", it means you're of the continent. When you say "White", the person could be from anywhere (US, Europe, Australia). So as broad of a term "Asian" is, there are more common labels that are way more broad.
 
I wonder how the world would react if two white guys were walking along looking at a black girl and said "cute, but she ain't white."
