I have a set of lockpicks, they can be a challenge but I've managed to get a few locks open, I could see doing it as a hobby if I had more of an understanding of a few locks, descriptions and corny pictures don't do much for me because I'm more of the real life visual type of person.

Im sure that is information he would know anyways. And I highly doubt a locksmith will refruse your question if he didnt care.
