i wanted to watch the Blues Brothers (the original of course) tonight, and further, my roommate and his g/f had never seen it, so we were going to make it a movie night. A chance to watch one of the greatest car chase scenes in the history of films, and.... Well, the only place open was Walmart. They have DVD's, but for some reason dont carry one of the greatest films of all time...

Yep. It has the most gratuitous car crashing I've ever seen in a movie. It's great.

It is a cool movie! I saw it about 8 years ago for the first time...and i'm 19 now...still enjoy watchin it :)

I'm so glad I haven't yet seen the "Blues Brothers 2000" version, that will probably be terrible, and will put a permanent scar on the original....or something like that ;)

I had not heard of this until BB2000 came out and it looked so ass-gay that the entire blues brothers name for me was destroyed. Maybe I'll watch it if it comes on tv sometime. I like car chases.
