So I walk into a little computer shop...

I got one better than that.

I was shopping for a graphics card about a year ago and just for sh!ts 'n giggles I figured I'd try a couple of local stores before I ordered online. So I go into this one place and it's very small (not as small as a bathroon, but small) with mostly empty shelves. The few things on the shelves looked like at least 3-5 year old hardware. As I approach the counter a oily-haired hippyish looking guy gets up and walks towards me from behind it. I couldn't help but notice that he was in stocking feet.

I resisted the urge to walk out immediately and told him that I was looking for a graphics card. He recommended a Nvidia Geforce FX5700 Le and asked his wife in the back to look up the price for me. I swear I saw the newegg webpage on her screen when she informed us that the price would be $230 PLUS shipping (WHAT THE FVCK?). I had already decided that I wasn't doing business there but I threw in one last question "What ATI card do you think would roughly compare to this card performance-wise?". He looked at me gravely and said "There is no comparison."

I thanked him, went home, and ordered a 6600GT from newegg for ~$170.

 so that's what special order means

the guy probably did warranty work on an appt basis only. I've had many a laptop repaired by guys like this in a one room shanty.

This ain't no shangri-la.

Well, you certainly know how to speak Trollish. At least that's how I imagine a troll would speak. And your actions are executed in a very trollish fasion. So now I'm wondering what a troll is doing on the internet?
It's easier to have an e-penis than a real one I suppose.
