So I threw up last night...

I've come down with my second stomach virus of the season, and last night I threw up twice. The problem is that it came out my nose too, and occasionally when I take a breath, I can smell throwup in the back of my throat.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of this?

:(

Rinse your nasal passages with salt water. After that, use a little Vicks under each nostril.

Should do the trick.

I love that smell/feeling. It's especially nasty when you sniff and a chunk of something goes down your throat.
I may have to try DevilsAdvocate's advice sometime, anything to get rid of that smell!

Yeah, last night chunks of vomit got stuck in my nose, and every time I'd take a breath I'd get a nice ball of vomit-tasting mucus going down my throat.

It was almost enough to begin another vomiting session each time it happened. :|

You can carefully snort water into your nose to try to clear it, gargle.

Rest assured though, other people can smell it...

Read something funny while drinking a coke.
I might have to try that.

Airplane II was on TBS this morning, it would have been PERFECT...but I was afraid to put ANYTHING in my mouth.

Tried blowing your nose really hard?
Tried it. I took a shower just now though, and it seems to have resolved the problem.
