Is there anything I can do? I paypalled the person their money and I won this on an Ebay auction. I will lodge a complaint after I finish talking to the seller. However, is there anything I can do such as reverse the charges on my visa?

Well last week I purchased a cold air intake for my car and here was my first letter to the person that sold it to me..

I think we have a problem.

I recieved the package today and suffice to say I'm pretty freaked out. One of the grommets doesn't fit, one of the washers is missing... and the fact that you said it was new.. but you didn't put it in the original box. I've taken pictures of the object that doesn't fit which is included in this email.

As well there are several typos in the instructions including where in step 6 where the sensor grommet is referred to as part 1525, and then in step 11 where it is referred to as part 1475.

Oh and the fact that the holes that were drilled are shoddy.. and not in the middle so the temperature sensor won't fit.

You got a broken part, you contacted the person.... and then I got lost from there.
 
you should only make this post only if he hasn't given you an explanation or a refund or something.

Don't assume something and not be 100% sure of it and then post about it.
