Im just trying to currently put the summaries of what i did at each job i have on my resume... i use 3 jobs, i could put 4 if i feel them to be applicable... what i have so far is below...
P { margin-bottom: 0.08in; } Car Dealership April 2007 to July 2008
Sales & Leasing Consultant
Oversaw the growth of the internet department and expedited postings of used cars online. Created new templates which increased customer responses. Performed used car inventory tracking. Guided new sales personnel through the steep learning curve of automotive sales and coached them on proper paper work.

Restaurant May 2006 to June 2007
Server
Responsible for greeting guests, interacting with diners. Also responsible for the up selling of alcohol, taking and delivering orders, and going above and performing a variety of duties such as busing tables, and removing garbage when necessary. Restaurant is a casual, upscale restaurant.

Excavating
May 2005 to September 2005 General Labor
Worked as a general laborer for Excavating, surveying properties and digging basements for residential properties, varying in size from small homes to those over 10,000 square feet. In addition to site work, responsible for assisting with truck maintenance and driving heavy equipment including the front end loader, bobcat, or backhoe to load trucks with mulch, topsoil or stone.

So those are the three that i have currently... since my last resume update, i have had 2 more jobs... Ill title them "Burgers" and "Public Bikes" (since you guys know about that one)

now, as for my responsibilities and what i need to put down in some way shape or form...

Burger...
Responsile to creating a welcoming environment, up tempo, quality service. repeatability. Train new employees. Confident at every position within the facility. Able to work fluently. Ability to correct customer issues immediately.

Public Bikes (this is the biggest/best thing i have on my resume)
Warehouse Manager
Managed up to 6 people a day. Implemented control processes to make sure proper product was shipped out. Because of new startup, communication was key, began implementing communication tools for CS to know what bike orders would be ready and shipped out on what days. Implemented quality control factors to make sure customers received top quality products. Heavy excel use for tracking of QC, customer orders. Learned online product database systems (OMX specifically). Implemented an outdoor display to display products on a highly trafficked bike route. Implemented warehouse deliveries, as well as retail location deliveries for better customer service.

I know you guys will have questions, please ask them and i will answer them. I suck in general at describing what ive done, so hopefully i can get some good ideas... the last two are just random mind flows onto the keyboard, no specific organization or thought, still trying to think how to best make them technical...

thanks guys, this is sorta last second as there is a job fair tomorrow...
