Ok cliffs:
* Lost my cell phone July 7, 2006
* Filed a claim July 8, 2006 - waited for a claim number until last week and the NYPD claims they lost my claim, so i refiled
* Finally got the claim number today
* Was told by Asuion that I needed to let them know within 60 days (its 90 days today)
* Told her that their voice menu told me I can't file a claim without a report number, hence me not calling them
* Tells me I'm SOL. I ask to speak to her manager (I already was one management level up from the bottom) and he's "helping a customer, and I can't keep you on hold" so they're going to call me back (which I doubt).
any ideas what I can do?
Funny side note:
I ask her for her ID number she gives me it, then I ask her for her bosses and she says she "unfotchanetly" can't give it out... then says "Like i could give mines, but not his, like mines i just gave you"
