Because I couldn't get the signals to work properly in Train Fever. This also tends to happen when I get fined in American Truck Simulator, killed in Witcher 3 or blown up in Elite Dangerous.

Any tips for how to avoid this?

I would:

Spend every spare moment finding a job.

Take whatever remedial job offered.

Sorry can't tell you how to fill the void in your life if i figure that out i'll be sure to add it to the list. Its not food, video games, alcohol, sex or drugs as far as I can tell.

I used to smash my sega controller over my head and bite it...lots of teeth marks in it.

I had to stop buying wireless mice because I kept throwing them at the wall, breaking the mouse and putting holes in wall.

MOHAA used to piss me off. That game was impossible to play straight. Doing the same shit over and over til you learn the secrets, and make it through a level. I swear to fuckin' christ the snipers in sniper town used heat seeking bullets, and just fired randomly to get hits on me :^S

You did not follow Conan's advice.

You should crush your enemies, not your keyboard 😀
