Yeah, dead for us. At one time, at my old job, our 8 person team would be "busy" if we had more than 60 calls a day :Q:Q:Q:Q New software versions/releases upped that to about 150-200 a day. But yeah, that was DEAD. But for us here, for our auto insurance call center BS that i'm doing now, anything over 5 minutes between calls is not busy at all.
The excuses I got were, "It's a shortened week, so it'll be more busy", "You requested it less than 10 days in advance", "There are already 3 people that have that day off". I hate being honest. I could've just called in sick and noone would've thought more of it. But I couldn't call in after I went thru the proper channels to try and get it approved. This place is teh suck :|
