I do!

I was at the grocery store today...stared at the cigarette spinner thingy for about 5 minutes....

stopped to get some gas...the guy at the counter handed me my usual pack of newport 100's in a box....had to tell him no....

the lozenge things work for nicotine cravings...but they also make me feel weird....

its weird craving a cigarette...they do nothing for you, smell nasty, cost way too much, make people judge you....yet I want one worse than I want a girlfriend right now

Chew some gum, drink some water, suck on some hard candy. Do something to occupy your mouth. Whatever you do, don't smoke that ciggerette.

thanks guys...I am not tempted to smoke...I just really want one. Does that even make sense?

I have replaced the smoking habit with a coffee/caffeine free diet coke habit.

Instead of coffee caffeine free coke... stick with PURE water and start exercising!! Run 2-3 miles a day.

I got the perfect solution for you.

Every time you have a craving for a cigarette, eat something. That should take care of the craving.
Keep this up for several months until you are sure your cravings are gone. But by now you will probably have gained some weight.

If you are interested in getting rid of this weight, look into doing some speed. It will help you lose your newfound weight in no time. You will be feeling like your old self again.

Now the speed might be a little addicting, so switch over to another drug. Look into coke as a substistute. If you really get into it (and be serious, no fair cheating yourself!) you should not even notice your speed addiction anymore. After having spent enough time with coke (you'll know its time after your 17th night in jail) check yourself into a rehab clinic, one where they can tie you down so you can't escape.

After a couple months in the clinic, you should come out feeling good as new. Now go to your old employer (if you haven't blackmailed him for drug money) and tell him you quit smoking and see how impressed he will be.

Its fullproof!!

I've already tried that method a few times. Except after the rehab step I always fall into a wicked heroin streak.

Nothing makes other people judge you. They choose to judge you of their own volition (stupidity?). Whoever said quitting smoking was easy, never really was addicted in the first place. Doin' good, man. :) Keep it up.
