so i realized...

well.. i walked into taco bell today... near my house. the drive thru line was long, so i went inside.

got my food, sat down... on the way over to a seat, i saw a girl i really liked in high school.

then i realized i look like a fat slob, eating taco bell, with a button up shirt not tucked in...

damn.. i need to lose weight and make myself somewhat more attractive.

wasnt shaved.... but i did brush my teeth. and i cant comb my hair. it isnt long enough to make a difference.
 
I made the same sort of realization after trying on some pants at the Gap. I had to get the next size up and I looked at myself in the mirror and thought, "shiet, I need to lose some weight".

Anyways, try cutting down on fatty foods, and try eating 3/4 of every meal instead of eating it all. Drink lots of water and try to exercise regularily.
 
The older you get, the longer you carry it, the more difficult it will become to loss it.

I've been walking 5 miles every evening for 6 months, cycling on weekends and feel better for it.

Make time for exercise, even brisk walks. Walleye you will eat better, sleep better, study better, feel better, lOOk better, and you will meet people on your walks doing the same thing...You will become a chick magenet.....

I eat fairly normally, I rarely eat sweets, chocolate puddings (maybe once a month...seriously!) do some sit ups every day....I stay about the same weight....some peoples (mine) metabolisms just suck. The most fattening thing I eat is a few slices of pizza at work friday lunch.
