So I owed state taxes this year....

and they have yet to cash the check. I sent my federal and state taxes off at the same time, federal check was cashed, but state still has not. SHould I be worried they never received my tax forms?

both my Fed and state checks were cashed very quickly

I would have sent them in with confimation of delivery ...that way you have proof you sent "something" in and also photocopy or have a carbon copy of the check.
