So I'm getting a C2D e6750, an Antec 900 case, an Antec Truepower Trio 550w, 2gb of Patriot DDR2, an XFX 8800 gt, a Coolermaster hyper 212, and a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L... How do you guys think I did? I think the grand total before rebates is about $850 after rebates it should be about $730

I envy those prices. That rig would cost twice as much in Denmark, even with the dollar at an all-time low.

Just built my E2140 w/ a DS3L mobo. Things are pretty stable. Hope you picked up the mobo on newegg. I should have bought all my stuff from the egg.

I hear you. Even with £1=$2 for the first time in years prices are still much higher over here. I just checked an 8800GT 512MB - £180 ($360) whereas on newegg they're going for $270 🙁.

For a simple surfing/word processing rig, you did terrible.
You should have simply ordered a Dell box.
