I have an Asus motherbaord with dual LAN and I want my computer to access both conenctions such that the browsers use DSL (only 768K down) and my torrents use the cable (6Mbit down). I do this because during daytime my cable speeds go down considerably and running a torrent slows my browsing, although I have no trouble with speeds around 4-5AM with 7Mbit down and fast browsing, now since I have cable till the end of the month till it goes, I was wondering if what I want to do is possible. Browsers use Connectiona A and the rest use connection B.

The only way you can do that is to change the default gateway to whatever connection you want to use right then. You cant have two default gateways because windows gets confussd and doesnt know where to go.

I dont see how you can do this within Windows. Even if you could chances are a metric will be used which would send the traffic down the fastest pipe anyways.

wont work...find an old box...throw a couple nics in it and use some routing software (pfsense) with load balancing built in
