So I made my first hole in one this weekend

Ok, granted it was only a pitch and put course 50 yards but it flew almost right in the hole. It was beautiful. One bump at the fairway and another one at the green, on the flag in the hole! Man I wish i had a camcorder to record it. My friend was stunned and so Was I! I only wish it was on the regular golf course. Oh well. I'm aiming at another one on the regular 18 hole next weekend!

i almost had one a couple years back, it was a beautiful shot, landed right before the green, bounced onto it and then rolled within 8 inches of the hole, and if it had just a little bit more momentum it would have gone right in, but sadly it didn't 🙁 i think it was about a 150 yard hole or so

At a regular course it would cost a bundle at the clubhouse. We have hole-in-one insurance at my place. $5/month. The bar gets a round or two after each one. Never made on myself. Have holed out several iron shots for eagles, farthest a 4 iron from 193 yards in Myrtle Beach two years ago.

I had two hole-in-ones in one month of time. Both were about 110 yds...different courses.
The first hit the green about an inch above the cup and spun in.
The second was on a windy day (15-20mph crosswind). I started it out to the right and the wind brought it back nicely to the front of the green. It seemed like it rolled forever before it went in the cup.

I love my Cleveland SW!

Edit: BTW, congrats!
