Those blockbuster employees have to put up with so much sheit, I feel sorry for them. Some people just need anger management classes.

For example, I took a visit to BB this past Saturday. Woman starts bitching at the clerk then stumps out of the store tearing up a membership application. Apparently she disagreed with the membership terms and conditions, that she had to give BB her credit card # and license number. If she didn't like their terms or conditions then you simply do not bother with them and don't make a huge ass scene embarrassing both yourself and the employee for doing his job. If he made a mistake, then fine, just don't start going ape sheit like he's your own child.

Next time show respect and put yourself in his possession. Maybe he was unaware of the state law. Can't blame him for making a mistake or from trying to do his job. Why make a scene trying to embarrass him? Just because you don't "get what you want", you throw a fit like a 5 year old? Hah, how naive and unpunctual.

Amen! 🙂

Although I totally agree with you, I don't think you should have gone berserk right off the bat. Just chill a little and then go crazy if need be. We're talking about $20 here?
