So I left my fan running the entire summer...

I just realized that I have YET to shut off my fan/AC all summer..... it has literally been on 24/7 for the past 4 months or so.... Right now its just on low fan, but I have yet to give it any sort of break..its just too hot in here not to have it on I wonder if the motor is hot? Opps.

Why not put it in A/C mode and Auto instead of Fan and On?

It's a fan. There is constant airflow over the motor. It's not going to overheat.

I got the ghetto POS at walmart a couple of summers ago... all of the knobs are broken off You have to use a pair of pilars to mess with it... I have tried leaving the ac on and leting it do its thing, but it seems like my room turns into a meat freezer very fast if I do. Oh well I guess I'll have to retire it soon.
