cool! new cars are fun, huh? :D

Yeap. Except for the sticker shock. I bought this cause I thought my old truck was terminal. While I was waiting for them to bring this one around, the garage where my old one is at said it wasn't what they thought was wrong with it. They actually have no idea what is wrong and are going to have another mechanic look at it Monday so it now looks like I own two trucks for the time being.

I'm sorry. but that is one of the most stupid comments anyone could ever make about an automobile

No doubt we'll hear statements far less intelligent- in this very post! :disgust:

Those are good cars. Good gas mileage, fun/reliable ecotec engine, and I'm sure you got a great deal on the lease. Enjoy!

How much was that?

I drove a 2005 F150 for a while, it was actually nice and comfy. It was the 4.6L though so no balls. Gas mileage sucked and hard to park.

I go to school in socal, where everyone drives import cars and while I was driving it around in the parking lot, this pack of asian girls were looking at me like I was nuts. :D

Probably too much ;) Its a 2004. Its a 4.6l and its not too bad for power compared to the other ones I looked at. I looked at a 2001 1500 chev and it was really underpowered. The 6L 2500 I tried was still not as powerful as my 95 f150 with the 5L engine. This has a little less power than my old truck but its also a bigger truck. I also tried a 2 wheel drive 2003 with a 5.8L and it was alot of fun but I figure this will hold the value better.

Interesting. I used to commute from Torrrance to Alameda St. in LA. 22 miles and an hour and a half drive. That was 1971. I wonder how bad it is today?
