You didn't comment that it shows the bad guy's bare ass bloody and irritated after the event. Easily the best Jackie Chan movie I've seen.

Operation: Condor, yes, I've seen it, although only once. It was good but not excellent IIRC.

I don't remember which one but he has a movie where he broke his foot doing his own stunts, I believe he broke it jumping from a roof to a lower balcony or fire escape and had to have a cast for the rest of the flick, it was painted to match the shoe on his other foot.

Considering the amount of thrust that it keeps a hovercraft hovering I would say yes, it would most definitely hurt.
