My local fitness club sends out a newsletter (my wife is a member through work, but we are both too lazy....I mean busy... to go) She noticed that they are starting a Dodgeball Leauge, and that there is a meeting next Wed to see how much interest there is. Instantly, my wife said "you should go...blah blah blah" and I thought, yeah, that would be pretty cool, but it is cerain to interupt my evenings of playing Halo and drinking beer. End of discussion.

So, tonight we got Dodgeball (the movie, not the at home board game) on PPV. Suddenly, I am totally pumped to go to the meeting and check this sh!t out.

Anyone else play dodgeball??

Anyone who uses "blah, blah, blah" as part of their post is an insecure moron. Learn how to speak English properly and without moronic "accents".

IOW, die bitch.

You and your wife will be seriously injured. You heard it here 1st.

Dodgeball... yeah, in Jr. High, where some people got sent to the principal's office 'cause some people aim for the face. What fond memories...

wtf. When I was in Jr High getting hit in the face meant the person who threw the ball was automatically out. We'd run around trying to get hit in the head as just another tactic to win.

HaHa, we had "wall ball", a game played using a tennis ball, and a wall. I made several noses bleed.........

the correct term is "yada yada yada"

Dodgeball is a great movie with lots of pointers about the game in it. Heck, Patches O'Houlihan was one of the best dodgeball coaches/teachers out there. :Q :Q 😉

ROFL , thats some fvcked up pansy dodgeball right there

I remember when we would play in school, some of the balls were not always the same size - or a matched set. Needless to say, we would usually try to get the smaller balls because you could usually slam them into the opponent. Plus, since this was in P.E. class, we all wore shorts and t-shirts. Your chances were quite good to nail a chubby female opponent in the fat thighs and create a nice red spot and a bit of pain. :Q

ROFL.

I remember playing dodgeball in elementary and middle school. It was fun, but I couldn't throw, so I never won.

Edit: My team would win, but I wouldn't be the winnar. whatever.

I did not like dodgeball in fifth grade and hell will freeze over before I pay to have someone throw a ball at me.

You were the fat kid everyone aimed for first weren't you?

the movie was stupid. Ben Stiller can't star in a hit movie to save his a$$.

I can't understand why some people were so traumatized by this game. I wasn't great at it and got a few bruises, but I had fun with it.

At any rate, I watched that movie the other night and was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty funny.
