So, I Just Used My Hookah

i tried it at my friend's house and enjoyed it. so, i bought one last night. i fired it up today... and, now, i feel pretty nauseous

i think i had a little too much...

I'm jealous. I always wanted one. Now you have me thinking of going to the local Arab store and picking one up.

I usually just go to the hookah bars around here and get the rose flavor. Cost $13 cause you have to get a can of soda that is $2!

If ou're talking traditional use, you might just not be accustomed to it. Or you did have too much and you have a bit too much nicotine in you.

Apple is delicious...a staple of any hookah owners collection.

But yes, if you take too much, the buzz can make you quite dizzy (speaks from experience )

yeah, i got the buzz and everything, but continued and now, my stomach feels like it's doing some somersaults.

That will happen the first few times you smoke, as your body is getting used to having nicotine in your system. The more you smoke, the less itll affect you in that way. I still get a buzz, but I no longer get an upset stomach.

Word of advice, stay away from mint shisha while you are still getting used to the buzz....I tried that when i first started hookah, and when I was done, I felt like I wanted to die
