So I just started watching 'Bitten' on Netflix

So far, its been very good. Complex and interesting characters. And Laura Vandervoort is very easy on the eyes.

Season 2 is starting in February.

I watched a few episodes and couldn't stand it any longer. I thought it was pretty boring, and didn't have much interest in the characters. Maybe it gets better later on but I couldn't be bothered to persist watching it each week on TV (Space Channel in Canada).

I wonder if I watched it similarly to The 100, I might have tolerated it more though, who knows. For The 100 I was playing them on Netflix while I was doing some paperwork at home, so the fact that the first couple of episodes weren't the greatest didn't bother me so much. But then it got better in later episodes.

As for series on Netflix, I absolutely loved House of Cards

The deluge of zombie and sparkly vampire shows got old a long time ago, agreed.

Bitten is based off a book series though, from a Canadian author, which has high marks on Amazon.
