Grrr...I just tried to order on the phone and now I have to pay $399 to get the Mogul despite my last rep telling me I could get it for $288 (I wanted to read up more first). The GPS was also no longer included with the plan, but I was expecting that as only 1 out of 3 communications (2 calls and an email) said it was, and I really didn't expect the price to be darn near free for everything.
EDiT: I didn't pay the extra $$. I really should take the hint and go elsewhere, but I want the Mogul. I'll try again tomorrow. Gosh, am I turning into a problem customer before I even get on? Pooperz.
