well i needed some change, and had to runaway from a few things... whats fun to do in Cary? Anyone? isnt Anand from Cary? i bet he's fun to do... lol j/k but seriously, any ATOT'ers in Raleigh/Cary/Durham area?

*update*
welll i've found Mellow Mushroom to be a pretty cool place to grab a few drinks and some bomb ass pizza. I live right next to Preston Golf Course, so thats something to do too. Yesterday I went to downtown Raleigh and checked out the small strip there, and checked out NC State University. Still looking for a computer technician/helpdesk/cable installer/dsl installer/etc job. I got the skills but only some college, no degree except for High School. Still trying to find some girls.

I used to live in Cary, but now in Raleigh. I prefer Cary due to its quietness etc. As for things to do, lol, I don't know that many. Maybe if you know some people you can do things with them. What do you think of Cary so far?

It is a different now compared to a few years ago with all the people moving in.

There isn't really too much "fun" to do in Cary. There are go karts, batting cages, paddle boats at any of the lakes, lots of jogging trails. I guess it depends on what you like.

You could track down the people who made my grill and see if they can fabricate some spare parts for me. I have a "Grill-N-Roast" grill from the "Grill-N-Roast" company in Cary, NC. Unfortunately, they went out of business a few years ago. I LOVE the grill (it has louvers in it between the grill grate and the burners, kinda like the air damper louvers in a floor-mounted furnace vent) My louver assembly has rusted out to the point of disintegration :(. I tried looking them up for a replacement and discovered they are gone.

They USED to make cool grills in Cary, NC ;)

Theres some good restaurants/bars and an amphitheater. Larger events and night-life is in Raleigh. I'm in Holly Springs right next to Cary.

I lived close to there for a short while. I visited a lot of the museums in Raleigh. I spent some time on the Duke campus just walking around, especially inside the cathedral. Just north of Durham there is a state park that was pretty nice.

Cary is a good place to work but I'd shoot myself if I had to live here. Chain restaurants, traffic lights, and Beezer cookie cutter homes FTL.

wasn't this voted the top place to live in the country a year or two ago? I would think there would be something cool to do.
