No joke. Just got back from my regular workout at the Y. I'm new to working out and have only been doing it for a little over a month. While I was in-between sets of abs on the nautilus, a lady came over and told me that proper breathing and stretching would help me get the best from my abs workout. She then proceeded to demonstrate a few deep breathing/relaxation techniques to combine with basic stretches. I was like 'whoa, cool'. She was really helpful and offered to guide me throughout the rest of my workout. She helped me with some chest and lower back breathing/stretching techniques to do between sets of too.

She looked late twenties but was probably mid-thirties (very fit and trim, no body fat on her!) So I asked her if she was a yoga or pilates instructor. She says, "I do teach a class, but its for couples." I kinda just sat there with a stunned look on my face, and she just smiles. So I'm like "do you teach kamasutra? Tantric sex?" She's like, "myself and my husband teach a class on invigorating sex for couples. Its not strictly tantric or vedic or kamasutra, but we do use techniques from these traditions."

So I'm like "can you help me find a partner so I can join your class? :)"

Seriously though, is something anyone here's interested in? Have you done the tantra or the kamasutra?

did you really ask that or did you think of it later and decide to add it to your story?

I have a copy of the Kama Sutra, but I haven't really read through it in detail. I do know that I've done most of the positions though. :D

Sad thing about this thread is that someone will come along and bring up topics that will close it.

I am interested also in what mature others think about this.

I read a few book on Tantric practices but my SO in my last relationship was not really down with it. :Q I don't know how you couldn't be. But anyway, I've read up on it and I suppose I just have to find someone to help me work on my skills.

It's a very interesting concept. Also, anyone every hear about FEMOS? There's a book on it in a few magazines that they make you pay for. If I could pull off that technique, I'd be set. :D Anyone have this book?

Anything that can make sex better for you and your partner is a good thing (provided its not illegal or involves any sort of waste material from the body)

I would be interested in learning more

my personal favorite is the "twisty sidewinder" and the plain vanilla "spanish missionary"

is this the stuff that keeps you from ejaculating and "drawing the orgasm inward"? Seems really painful to me.

We seem to have experts on every subject here. Someone elaborate on whether this stuff is real.

Thats what most of us are wondering. And what was her response if you asked?
