Vivan: are there little blue numbers on the keys on the right side of the keyboard?

Linda: OMG yes how did u know that!!!

Vivan: Find the key that says "num lk" and push it once

Linda: OMG how did you do that!!!!! Its working!!!

I actually wouldn't mind helping people if the questions were always that simple.

What I dread are the calls like: "It's not working right. The thing says something about some file or something then it doesn't work. I clicked that other thing but nothing happened. I didn't do anything."

Could be worse..I sometimes get phone calls from customers asking "where is the power switch?"...my usual replie is "sell your computer and buy a pen and paper"
